10/22/05 ABOUT "CARROT FOR GIRLS"
Hello, some news is here. Picturebox has published a newspaper I made of drawings and comics. It describes a mythology of Peace Punks who travel through space and time utilizing a Hindu-derived practice of communication called "Darshan". My cat is a main character as well as talking trees, and a snake who works in a grocery store.
You can also get a Super Deluxxxo edition limited to 50 copies. The limited edition comes in a cardboard portfolio painted with fluorescent acrylic paint, and includes a print entitled "No One Rich Can Afford To Eat Bugs", and a CD of "Punk" music meant to enhance the reading experience. The CD is by "Oki Dogs" and the musicians are Peter Schuette, Tim Lokiec and myself.

I have a 5 page color comic in this amazing anthology. The story is about the ghosts of balloonists who put out fires in mulberry-tree orchards. It is called "Island of Silk and Ectoplasm".
